Beer Can Chicken

2 – 3.5 lb organic chickens
2 – 12 oz cans Miller beer
Fresh Rosemary
Garlic
Seasoned salt

Wash & dry inside and outside of chickens. Pat dry. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Drink 1/3 or beer, add 1 sprig fresh rosemary. Place chickens on beer can, place 1 clove garlic in neck cavity. Grill at 375, over indirect heat, 20 minutes per pound.
