Grilled Marinated Flank Steak
flank steak (1 1/2 – 2 lbs)
1 cup prepared Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki marinade
1-2 chopped green onions
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 large clove garlic, crushed and peeled
Place flank steak in a large zipper seal bag, along with the marinade. Let steak marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning the bag occasionally to cover all sides.
Turn all burners on gas grill to high, close lid, and heat grill until hot, 10 minutes.
Grill steak covered for 4 to 5 minutes on first side and 3 to 4 minutes on second side. Transfer meat to cutting board; cover loosely with foil, and let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Slice very thin, on bias against the grain.
